Artex Asbestos removal cost

Hi everyone, just looking for a bit of advice! Recently purchased a house from 1970s, and the kitchen has artex walls. I'm going to get an asbestos survey done, and because of the age, I'm preparing for the fact it will come been reporting asbestos. It's quite a small kitchen and wondered how much it might cost to remove the asbestos? Just a ball park figure! I want to remove the old kitchen cabinets and put in new ones, which will involve drilling, so just skimming over it is probably not an option from what I've read? As you will still disturb the asbestos? Could anyone advise on this or had any experience?

Do you want this done by a fully accredited contractor? No reliance should be placed on the above! Absolutely none, do you hear?0

Hi, has a sitting room done recently - Victorian high ceilings and biggish room. Specialist contractor (who was very good) and paid £1300. Worth every penny in my opinion.
They did say that because the walls were sound (big surprise as lath and plaster) it was not as expensive and if the wall plaster fell off it would cost more due to disposal.
The walls did need some repair especially in the corners and curved area which I did - still would need skimming if you wanted perfectly flat but it is acceptable to me.
Hope that helps - am not near cities or expensive areas0
