Are there any apps like Microsoft money which I can input all bills etc and see what I have remaining the rest of the month?

If you have Microsoft Excel, you could make your own spreadsheet with a relatively small amount of knowledge.

Alternatively you can use a template: https://create.microsoft.com/en-us/templates/personal-budgeting

Depending on which bank you're with, a few have built in 'money managers'.

As ever, I recommend AceMoney. I've been using it for years, and remain very happy with it. Also well worth a ook is Money Manager Ex.
