Is there a time frame of when you’ll receive a response back from the CNBC when sending off a defence. Sent it twice now using the new email address and haven’t received an acknowledgment

change the subject to just the claim number and made no difference.Know it’s sending as I’ve sent it to a friends email address

ended up sending the email via an outlook account and got an email acknowledgement back instantly
tried two different icloud accounts and wasn't working, something to take note of if anyone else has a similar issue1
