  • Thank you for your help, I’ll change my defence to this
  • Is there a time frame of when you’ll receive a response back from the CNBC when sending off a defence. Sent it twice now using the new email address and haven’t received an acknowledgment

    thank you

You should get an almost instant automatic receipt.
Try sending from a different email address/server.

    What address have you used?
  • ClaimResponses.CNBC@justice.gov.uk

    Address I’ve used.

tried sending from a different email address and server, still no reply. Bit odd

change the subject to just the claim number and made no difference.
Know it’s sending as I’ve sent it to a friends email address
thinking should send it over to the solicitors as well

    Yes - do that.

Are you sure the acknowledgements aren't in your junk email?
