Haden Air Fryer Has Gone Faulty

I bought my parents a Haden Dual Air Fryer from Crampton and Moore in July last year. The one-year warranty has typically just expired and one of the compartments no longer works.
I assume the Consumer Regulation Act still applies that goods should last a reasonable length of time?
What are my chances of getting them to repair it?
