"Here is the complaint I have drafted:
I am writing raise a complaint regarding your recent handling of the two penalty charge notices (PCNs)....."
I think it has already been pointed out that they are NOT penalty notices.

So Parking Charge Notice, not a Penalty Charge ( a PN can happen on land where bylaws apply, like railway land and stations. )
I have been telling you all along that these PCNs are not penalties and not fines, despite what the lease company stated. The lease company don't appear to have any idea about the legal side, a common trait
I suggest that you stop assuming and stick to legal facts only, assumptions wont win cases5 -
Ohhh apolgoies, I've always said PCN for Parking Charge Notice. I didn't realise I wrote penalty charge instead of parking charge and that the messages are saying that they are not penalty notices.
My bad, sorry for the confusion.2 -
As I said, words matter, very important, study the following thread where vwfs messed up and paid, they cancelled the charge issued to the lessee

Oh amazing!!
Hopefully the same will happen with my leasing company too once I complain.
When I originally called (before I started this thread) and asked why they paid when they usually just nominate me, they said it's because G24 don't allow nominations which is obviously bs so don't think they'll be able to argue that! *fingers crossed*1 -

Haha yep I definitely agree, seems like I have a strong case against them. Just need G24 to inevitably reject my claim now0

Four pages and the waffle goes on. G24 will laugh all the way to the bank. What a waste of time and effort to try and speak to G24 when it is the lease company that is at fault because of the intellectual malnourishment of their employees in the “fines” department.
G24 are not going to sue anyone. It is the Hirer that needs to sue the stupid lease company for paying the PCN. If the Hirer has any sense, they will get their bank or card company to chargeback any debit made to them by the lease company and let the lease company sort out their own incompetence.
Chasing G24 is going to be an exercise in futility and four pages on, it’s still being argued.4
