Lasting Power of Attorney Accessing Donors Email Accounts and Post

Hello all, I need help regarding my father-in-law's LPA for finance. The donor is currently in a care home and is very happy there. Can his LPA for finance access his email accounts and read his post?

FWIW, my sister and I are attorneys for our mother. We've had all her post redirected to us. We just wrote to everyone relevant with certified copies of her PoA and told them where to send stuff.

(We live about 100 miles apart, so we then share information by uploading scans of everything we receive to a shared folder on Dropbox.)
