PCN - Parking Eye

Hi
I have read through the newbies thread but have a few questions - apologies if I have missed anything in the thread I am slightly dyslexic and find reading large texts difficult.
I received a pcn back in June for a March parking charge (this is WAY out of their window to send them). I stupidly didn't appeal (I had a golden ticket PCN) and I am now receiving letters from DCBL. I did a late appeal to Parking eye with no response and before I read this thread so I admitted to being the driver unfortunately.
I have ignored all letters from DCBL. I am just asking, is there any kind of appeal I can do at this stage to get this PCN put to bed before receiving a LBC, as I will be abroad for a month and don't want to miss any letters? The fine was at my gym, I have asked and done searches but can't find the landowner to send a complaint to.
Thanks

Parking companies have up to six months to get keeper details from the DVLA.
Their trade association - in this case the BPA - allows them another month to get a Notice to Keeper to the keeper.
So no, not 'WAY out of their window to send them', but it was way out of their window to hold the keeper liable. It's a shame you gave away the driver's identity.
Complain to the gym. Have they not got a front desk where you can ask to speak to a manager?3 -

Then you can email the LBC response, buying another 30 days.
This could have been killed by one appeal by the keeper at the time but not now.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Yes I know
too late now!
I have complained to the gym, they're unfortunately no use and have no association with the parking eye.
Ok thanks, I'll just get someone to open my letters. Nothing I can do now then..0 -

FYI, Just because the gym didn't employ Parking Eye, doesn't stop you from finding out who did employ Parking Eye, that entity is the one with the power to cancel the PCN1 -
Where exactly is this car park?1
