Euro Car Parks Hounslow Treaty Centre PCN POPLA appeal help needed!

Hi there,

Received a PCN for not paying for my stay in Hounslow Treaty centre - on the day in question all machines were not working, QR codes to the website were also not working and barriers were up (might I add multiple people int he day were unable to pay for their parking) and stupidly didn’t take screengrabs. We later received a PCN for not paying for our parking, have contested twice and rejected by EuroCar Parks. They have now advised us to either pay the fine within the 14 days or appeal through POPLA. It would be great if someone could help us draft an appeals, as I am sure, having seen on Facebook A LOT of people have complained regarding receiving PCN’s here.

thank you for your help!!

It's not a fine it's an invoice from chancers, have a read of the newbies thread, it's all explained there, you didn't really think a scam parking company would accept any appeal that deprives them of cash surely.

Thanks! We’ve tried using the templates on the newbies forum stating the fine outweighs the cost of the fine and still rejected. Is there a specific wording or template to use for POPLA - apologies for all the questions, never have had to contest a fine this much before and now it’s more the principle.

    thanks again!

    Yes.

The third post of the NEWBIES thread offers good guidance on that.

That's not what the template appeal says?
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

As above and you have used the F word twice again, how do you think you can fight these muppets if you can't get the basics right?
