Virgin money credit card

Applied and accepted been informed 7- 10 working days for card to arrive. Anyone give any idea if they have waited the full 10 days or longer. Not able to call unless you’ve been waiting longer than 15 days. Going on holiday in 13 days and wanted to take, not confident it will arrive in time!

Have you set up their app? If so does it show an active card account?

There's a bank holiday before you go away. Did you make allowance for this?

I applied recently for a Virgin Card and it arrived in a few days. Well short of 10! 

You use the card to gain access to the app, and the PIN associated with the card can be viewed in app when you request to see it and type in the 3 CCV numbers on the back of the credit card. 

You should have it well before you leave in 13 days.
