Excel Parking Charge Notice Disabled Bay

Hi, my son still hasn't received the N279 Notice of Discontinuance from Excel either by post or email. He emailed them for it, they sent a blank form, so he asked for a completed form twice more, and they responded by saying "This is how they are sent and it is completed".
So is this good enough evidence that it had been discontinued?
His MCOL account is still showing as an active claim, will this ever be removed?
Many thanks in advance for your help.0 -
MCOL plays no part in the process after they send it to the local court that was indicated on your N180, so no point looking there
Perhaps the NoD attachment is there and maybe a different pdf viewer or app can Access it properly. ?2 -
Thank you for replying much appreciated. I will ask my son to look using a different app or viewer as you suggest, good point. Both he and I could only see a blank form attached when using our phones to look, so fingers crossed there is a completed one when opened with a different platform.Gr1pr said:MCOL plays no part in the process after they send it to the local court that was indicated on your N180, so no point looking there

This is all fascinating to read given I have just been issues a PCN by Excel parking. In my case I have a Blue Badge which was displayed in a Blue Badge bay due to mobility issues - but it was expired at 6 weeks as my council
has a 16 week backlog currently- I even left a note adjacent to it saying it was “in the post”, I too have appealed online as I actually received my replacement renewal Blue Badge the same day the the PCN cane in the post. I was parked for 15 minutes to visit Aldi store - they seem a over zealous company to me0 -
