Charter - Problems giving maturity instructions

There is currently a problem at Charter Bank, where when you sign in and try to go into 'Maturity Instructions' - the system signs you out stating that you are signed in elsewhere.

I just tried 3 times before giving up and phoning them -they said that their IT dept is working on it and that there is a (somewhat strange) way round that they can try - thankfully worked for me.

Just thought I'd mention it in case it helps someone else.
