This probably would have been better posted to the ISAs section. Are you transferring as cash or in specie? Who is the new provider and what dialogue have you had with them around the delay so far? It is the new provider who is responsible for managing and chasing this.

Hi, I am transferring the ISA stocks to Interactive Investor. So far, long delays from Plum getting information to them at every turn. It would appear Plum are delaying and ignoring ii at every point from the communications I have seen. Nobody at Plum can give me any sensible update or timeline. Repeatedly getting "we have passed your request onto the relevant department".
I have put in a formal complaint which they accepted and offered me £150 as compensation a few weeks ago but as the issue is still not resolved I could not accept it. To be honest they are a complete shamble.
Talking to the FCA now as I am beginning to suspect fraud.
