PIP Review - paper-based assessment

As you said yourself, a GP doesn't really know you well enough to write what you want them to write. I've never found a GP letter to be very helpful anyway.
Most assessments are by telephone anyway so if the assessment is needed and you're asked to attend in person you can request a telephone one.1 -
Can someone help if you struggle? My worry is that I get very anxious and have panic attacks and then disassociate unfortunately, it happened at my last assessment
which then meant the information that I managed to give wasn't that good judging from what I read in the report.

I've got really bad anxiety at the moment, I didn't include on the form that I had to appeal my last award because they lowered it from enhanced to standard but it didn't go to a tribunal, the DWP overturned it without needing one and gave me enhanced again for another 5 years, I'm assuming it should be ok? I've sealed it all up now.
