Afternoon
I'm in the process of buying a new build. We've added about 30k of extras and have to pay a 25% non refundable deposit.
I would like to know if there are insurance companies that will cover the deposit cost should the chain fall through.

The insurance that exists covers professional fees/ search costs etc not deposits0
