Wrong Creditor

I just received my DRO draft to sign and ensure everything is correct. Concerning my council tax debt from last year, it has got down South Staffordshire Water PLC as the creditor. I'm not sure why, as I told them it was South Staffordshire Council, which I thought would be obvious. Or am I missing something? I am on the phone to Money Wellness now, but it is taking ages to get to talk to someone. I thought I might get some clarification quicker here. Money wellness has been fantastic up until now, I must say.

Looks like a schoolboy error on the part of moneywellness to me.
