Car Insurance - Quote difference between husband and wife

Two car household, both my husband and I are an owner and policy holder for each of the cars. My car is being traded in for a new vehicle, collecting this Friday. It’s an EV so was expecting a hike in premium. What I wasn’t expecting was for my quote to be £230 more expensive than my husbands quote. All details exactly the same, only difference being that he would buy the insurance with me as the car owner.
Has anyone else experienced this? Clearly we could save the money but going forward I want to maintain my NCD.

Husband ins car this year, you insure it next. That way you keep NCD
Making sure that main driver is correctly listed, to avoid fronting.Life in the slow lane0 -

Was this a single insurer quote or a comparison site and everyone's pricing changed?

So one quote was you as the registered keeper and the main driver, and the other was your husband as the registered keeper and you as the main driver?
Or one quote with you as the main driver and husband as additional driver and other quote as your husband as the main driver and you as the additional driver?
Not clear from what you say in your opening post.
There is the policy owner, vehicle owner, registered keep, main driver and additional driver. Who was what for the two different prices?0 -
