Property Possession order and Bailiffs process

Hello all,
I've been granted a possession order to get my house back via the county courts and the judge dated it to 27th August for the date the tenant should be out by.
The paperwork has not yet arrived, the judge said I would get a copy as well as the tenant so I'll know when they get it on the same day.
My question is from which point can I start instructing the Bailiffs via the county court? As the tenant may not receive the paperwork in time for the 2 weeks the judge gave them to move out if there is a backlog in paperwork! So do I need to wait until the paperwork arrives and even give it a certain number of days from when it does before I apply for a warrant of possession?
Some context is that this tenant owes over 3 months rent and is refusing to move out, so all goodwill has gone from my side and I am trying to get my property back ASAP (This is my only property, I am not a Landlord with several properties and I am having to pay rent myself in the meantime!)

you have to wait until the tenant has "disregarded" the possession order ie on or after 27th Aug
the date the judgement paperwork is physically received by the tenant is irrelevant in this context
