Yes, and its your opinion on what the OP should use. Doesn't mean its the only opinion. Used Blue Mail in the past and many others over the years. Gmail is the one that I have stuck with as it does what people need.
I have outlook on the phone for work and Gmail for personal, and again only use outlook as it is forced on me, otherwise I would put it all through Gmail as its the best one I have found.
Ideally the OP would be best getting off of a dependency on an ISP and move to an independent provider like Gmail where it would make the transition much easier to use the same client for both throughout.
If the OP finds differently then that is their right, but they asked for options.0 -
Well, by definition, an opinion is just that.
Not sure that anyone has insisted that the OP use a particular client or indeed, any client at all.
They're all free, try them all.
I like Zoho Mail but it's quirky (and not free).

He was asking about an email client not an email service.....Suggesting a third party email client then telling them there was no need for anything else didn't make any sense.400ixl said:Yes, and its your opinion on what the OP should use. Of course it's just an opinion, that's what the OP was asking for.
Obviously anyone is going to recommend whatever they are using, it would be weird if they didn't.
So, not sure what upset you, but hope you are feeling better by now.Drinking Rum before 10am makes you

All comes down to personal preference. All email clients do the same thing. Email is a very mature application so there is very little innovation these day.flaneurs_lobster said:
Have to agree, I've got Outlook on one phone and Gmail on another, both getting the same 3 email accounts. Pretty much functionally identical (which you'd expect).RumRat said:0 -
I know what you mean, but there are ways around it.400ixl said:Ideally the OP would be best getting off of a dependency on an ISP and move to an independent provider like Gmail where it would make the transition much easier to use the same client for both throughout.
I have Broadband with BT so get BT email included with that, my wife also uses the BT email. If we ever switch broadband away from BT I'd be reluctant to change email address as I probably have 100+ logins which use that address.
Fortunately you can retain your BT email address if you move away from them, at no cost for basic webmail or currently £7.50 per month for the full functionality.0
