Cannot buy online postage (RM) to Antrim. Why?

I am trying to buy online postage for a parcel to Antrim. Done it 4 times so far and RM online keeps on rejecting it. I have bought other postage just now so it is not a problem with my card.
What am I doing wrong? Antrim is UK isn't it?
Can someone point me in the right direction?

Antrim will come under Ireland not UK

Antrim will come under Ireland not UK

I have as well but looking at the guidelines it says to mark it as Ireland, as poster has tried UK I thought it was worth a try doing it that way

Antrim came under UK when I entered all the details. I did think about choosing the Ireland option but the price was a lot more. The problem was happening at the payment end. It wasn't my card that was the problem as I had bought other postage using the same card.
Anyway tried it 4 times and gave up. But just before going to bed decided to try one more time and it worked! The parcel was collected this morning.
Not sure why that happened?1
