Asda "help"

I'm currently unable to log into my Asda account.
It's wrongly saying my e-mail / password is incorrect.
I phone up telling them that issue and explained I have reset my password a number of times but same result, I still can't long in.
Two days later I get a e-mail on how to reset my password! I responded with that as I explain on the phone that resetting password doesn't work and I still can't log in.
This morning I received a reply to that e-mail with steps to troubleshoot. Step one.
1) Log into your account.

Nope, ended up opening a new account with different e-mail. I was going to chase it up as have money in their reward but found I can log into that account.
I will as some point get around to sorting it out.
