  • yes, If im looking at buying a house, anything to do with offers puts me straight off, in my mind you advertise a house for what you want for it and whoever comes along with the money to pay that price gets the house regardless of who they are, this cuts any confusion out of the scenario.

    That's the point! It really confuses me on what they are actually want. As others on this thread has said BTL just outbids this offers and later rent it out. I feel like it's an auction and only that you don't know what other party has offered for you to even have a chance to increase your intial offer. I know people depend on Zoopla estimation but again isn't that just for an idea. Not a perfect tool?
