Terms and Conditions for the Competition

1. Eligibility: The competition is open to individuals aged 18 and above. Employees of Cosmopolitan, Lake District Estates/Hill of Oaks Park and their families, and any associated agencies are not eligible to enter.

2. Prize: The prize includes a three-night weekend lake view glamping holiday for up to two adults and two children at Hill of Oaks Park, Windermere.

3. Entry Deadline: Entries for the competition close on 13th September 2024 at 11:59 PM.

4. Booking: The holiday must be booked and taken by 31st March 2025. Booking is subject to availability and excludes peak periods and public holidays.

5. Non-Transferable: The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

6. Travel Costs: All travel costs, including transportation to and from Hill of Oaks Park, are the responsibility of the prize winner.

7. Additional Expenses: Any additional expenses incurred during the stay, such as meals, activities not specified in the prize, and personal expenses, are the responsibility of the prize winner.

8. Health and Safety: The prize winner and their companions must adhere to all health and safety guidelines provided by Hill of Oaks Park.

9. Insurance: The prize winner is responsible for obtaining any necessary travel insurance.

10. Cancellation: Lake District Estates/Waterfoot Park reserves the right to cancel or amend the prize and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation, or any other event outside of our control.

11. Acceptance: By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to these terms and conditions and consents to their name and photograph being used for promotional purposes.

12. Liability: Lake District Estates/Hill of Oaks accepts no responsibility for any damage, loss, liabilities, injury, or disappointment incurred or suffered by the prize winner or their companions as a result of entering the competition or accepting the prize.

13. Jurisdiction: These terms and conditions are governed by UK law.

14. Data Protection: Personal data provided during the competition entry will be used in accordance with Lake District Estates Privacy Policy.
