Morning all

Lovely bright day here again we have been lucky with the weather this week, I have a wash load on which will be hung out once done.

Nice to meet you Derek I am a Sue as well my DD’s name is Ruby hence my user name, I only use one handbag too although I do have a few more for evening etc glad things are moving forward for you xx

DD is away with work in the early hours of tomorrow morning so she will sleep as much as she can today they are going to Tenerife back Friday it’s with 5 kids so it will be full on for her and the other staff.

We ended up having fish and chips last night for dinner, FIL had his eyes done yesterday and phoned and said they were a bit painful and could we get him some fish and chips so I phoned mum to see if she wanted some which was a yes, so I said to OH we may as well have some too, it was like a  meals on wheels delivery service for the olds 😂

Camelot we go away a week Tuesday I am so excited and OH is in desperate need of a break so we are very much looking forward to it, I did a load of my packing yesterday all the things that won’t crease too much and shoes and toiletries etc so only the remaining clothes to go in I am taking much less this year 7 day outfits and 7 evening my plan is to wear everything twice and I can wash them if necessary.

Dinner tonight will be bbq, I have a pork joint which I will unravel and cover with black garlic butter and herbs, we can have new potatoes and corn on the cob with it.

DP1 so sorry to hear little one is back in hospital hopefully they can help her and she can come out quickly xxx

Hi Derek, I'm Amanda but my dad always called me Floss or Flossie 😊 Sounds like you're steadily working through all the admin - did Dawn have any social media, OneDrive or email accounts that will need closing? There may be emails / documents to keep such as pension or insurance stuff in there too - I know my son will have to get a lot of info from my emails & cloud storage as most paperwork is electronic or online now, so he is my data executor & he will be able to get access.

I’m a Sue too ( unsurprisingly!) seem to be a lot of us ,probably all around the same age 
I was named apparently as ‘it was such an unusual name when you were born”! Every class I was in at school had at least 3 Sue’s !

Thank you everyone for your kind thoughts - again!
Little one was admitted back onto the ward she left on Tuesday - DD is expecting they will be there at least till Monday., when her consultant will be back. She is back to wanting to be left alone to sleep - she had been hitting and kicking the nurses trying to put in a cannula and take swabs. They had got everything done and she's now fast asleep on a glucose drip.
