I won my small claims case at court today due to inconsistent/misleading signage. My counterclaim was also agreed. Thanks for your input and help along this long road. Keep doing what you’re doing.

Counterclaim for £xxx? Or do you mean costs? Or both?
Which PPC?
Which solicitor firm?
Which court?
Which car park and what was your defence?PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

Cheers all, it was Euro Car Parks represented by QDR solicitors. She seemed surprised I turned up and she didn’t prepare the witness statement. She stuck to the script and didn't have an argument for the inconsistent signage which stipulated ‘£4 All day’ which actually meant for 12 hours as stated on the smaller signs. This large sign was amended to 12 afterwards and I provided evidence of this. I also argued the overstay element which the judge wasn’t interested with but she agreed the signage was inconsistent and misleading. The representative tried to claim costs for attendance due to lack of response to letters but this was refused and I counter claimed for loss of earnings to the max £95 and parking £3 whereby the judge joked that I didn’t park at the car park in question which was amusing.
It was a surprise it got to this stage given the offensive occurred 2 years ago and lack of argument from the claimants representative who seemed disinterested.A successful day by all accounts.11 -

Thanks. One thing that did surprise me what how uninformed and disinterested the legal representative was. It was like I was another case and they hadn’t bothered to read my defence and witness statement and counter argue appropriately.1

They are poorly paid
And they do multiple cases per week. Often a couple a day in some cases.2 -
