First try https://smartmetercheck.citizensadvice.org.uk/ to make sure your meter is communicating. Then have a look at the Hugo app and link it to your account, it will be able to retrieve your meter usage. Also try https://www.n3rgy.com/consumer/, it should give you your 30 minute readings over as specified timescale. Once armed with information, you are in a better situation to either accept your bill or argue it.0

If the readings are ACTUAL and not ESTIMATED then try and get a payment plan agreed with the supplier.Someone please tell me what money is0
