Thought Id share this win on popla. My only point was the invoice was issued more than 2 weeks after the incident date but the assesor did not touch on that. The only thing the assessor mentioned was the warning mentioned in 9.2f wasn’t met so appeal allowed. The same assesor allowed 5 appeals all with this point as winning point even though i didnt mention it at all. Will post full transcript soon.
