Restriction on title register

Hello everyone this is my first post on here.
So I purchased my house last year it has two covenants which are not to demolish the house and when I sell the new owners to sign a deed of covenant.
Also on the deeds there is a restriction as follows:
RESTRICTION: No dispostion of the registered estate (other than a charge) by the proprietor of the registered estate or by the proprietor of any registered charge is to be registered without a certificate signed by Developers that the provisions of clause 2.2 of the Transfer dated 19 April 2013 between.
lets say the developers go into liquidation and do not reply. How do I go about removing the restriction if posssible? I know on the Land Registry website it has information but that only talks about developments with a management company. Mine is the developers with no communal area.
My solicitors are on holiday for 3 weeks hence my question here
Many thanks in advance

If developers go into liquidation their obligations will probably be taken up by another company who will then be responsible for responding.0
