Hi I have paid into a private fund with Aegon and have 60000 in the fund. I also have a teachers pension but it's not massive as I've worked part-time alot . Can someone please advise whst to do with the 60k I've heard conflicting information about transferring it to my teachers pension so not sure if that's even possible. Options I've considered are drawing it out to get a buy to let or buying an annuity or possibly transferring it to my TP. In a muddle with it all please help anyone
Many thanks

You can transfer a pension to the TPS within 12 months of joingin the TPS but not after that.

BTLs are not the easy money they once were and suffer heavy taxation.   Pension suffers lower taxation.

Annuity is probably unnecessary with a DB scheme.    There is also the options to leave it with Aegon or transfer it to a SIPP.
