Just looking through my mums BT bill - it appears that she is paying £4.34 a month for Voicemail with Call Protect.
However she also has a phone with TruCall on it.
Would I be right in saying that she can safely ditch with voicemail etc option with no change in service ?
(she doesn’t use Voicemail as she has an answer phone as well)
Thanks

I would say yes. The phone will ditch unwanted calls and the voicemail can be added FOC if wanted.
