It would be interesting to see the log details of the other VRM's to see if it is likely that others have/are being scammed by "faulty" machines - raking in at least £20 or more a time for eff all. But of course they will only produce this in their WS if requested as proof.5 -

You can ignore Manor Parking ... but open every letter just in case it ever results in a court claim form.
Tell them if you move house, obviously, but that's common sense, not parking law related.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
