I have recently been moved to Universal Credit. Before being moved to UC I was getting

PIP £549.00 (every 4 weeks)

Disability working tax credits £482.79 (every 4 weeks)

Housing benefit £40.18 (weekly)

= £1,192.51

I am now getting a Universal Credit payment of £735.57 (monthly)

A loss of £456.94

Actually, it's more than £456.94 loss as previous benefits were every 4 weeks and UC is monthly.

How can this be?

Who can I go to seek advice about this?

You don't have a loss, you are receiving £38.44 more with UC than you were with tax credits and housing benefit.

    Tax credits £482.79 (4 weekly) = £523.02 p/m
    Housing benefit £40.18 p/w =  £174.11 p/m
    Total £697.13 p/m

    UC £735.57 p/m

PIP is unaffected by migration to UC.

@kaMelo is correct, you've forgotten to add in your PIP payment.
