Car Manufacturer Bankrupt

I bought a new EV from a start-up vehcle manufacturer in December 2023 using a PCP finance product. Since that purchase the EV manufacturer has declared bankruptcy leaving me with no warranty or any repair/servicing capability. If this were not enough I have subsequently been involved in a no fault collision and my insurer is so far unable to obtain replacement parts. \finally the vehicle is the subject of a recall notice, as well as several software faults which make some of the safety features unrelaible.
My question therefore is, would I have reasonable recourse to reject the car under clause 75a with the finance company as no longer fit for purpose

Have you asked your insurer if the vehicle will be treated as a total loss if it cannot be repaired.0

Before the accident, perhaps........after, I would doubt it, unless the software problems contributed to the accidentIf you are querying your Council Tax band would you please state whether you are in England, Scotland or Wales0

Take it this is a Fisker then?
Give the accident, Insurance co will be looking at a write off. As to what they value it at is going to be fun. As seen a few up at online auctions & not getting sold.
As to rejecting car. Did you ever raise any issues prior to the crash? As the lack of warranty is not a reason for rejection, as this could happen to any manufacture.
Servicing, Any HEVRA garage should be able to do that, although parts could be a issue. But parts came from normal suppliers.Life in the slow lane1 -

Fisker went chapter 11 June 18 -24
Recalls were in June, while under chapter 11.
1 of 2 uk site was closed with no cars 3-07-24.
Fisher (GB) Limited is still showing as active on Companies house. Although filed for bankruptcy 9-07-24
Not sure that OP would have a valid claim under fit for purpose. Given that part of the issue is a accident, which ins will cover.Life in the slow lane0
