Prize Draw Official Terms and Conditions

1.         WHAT IT IS.  To celebrate Norse Atlantic Airways’ launch of flights between London and Las Vegas, Norse Atlantic Airways is giving one Entrant the chance to win two Norse Atlantic Airways tickets for themself and one guest to fly between London and Las Vegas, three weeknight accommodations at a Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas hotel, and a Papillon Helicopters Strip Highlights Night Flight helicopter tour, all as described more fully below.

2.         PROMOTER. The Promoter of the Norse Atlantic Airways “Win a Trip for Two to Las Vegas” Prize Draw (the “Prize Draw”) is Norse Atlantic UK Ltd, Astral Towers, Betts Way, Crawley, RH10 9XA (“Promoter”).

3.         ENTRY PERIOD. The Prize Draw begins on August 12, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1) and ends on August 31, 2024 at 11:59:59 p.m. British Summer Time (GMT+1) (the “Entry Period”). British Summer Time (GMT+1) means the local time in London, England on the specified date.  The Promoter’s computer system is the official timekeeping device with respect to all matters relating to the Prize Draw. 

4.         ELIGIBILITY. The Prize Draw is open to current legal residents of the United Kingdom who, at the time of Entry, are at least 21 years old and hold a valid passport for travel between the two countries. The Prize Draw is void where prohibited by law, and is subject to all applicable federal, state, municipal, and local laws and regulations. Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Promoter, or of any of its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, promotion partners, sales representatives, retailers, advertising and promotion agencies, and any others engaged in the development, production, execution or distribution of this Prize Draw, including Caesars Entertainment, Papillon Helicopters, London Gatwick and the Las Vegas Convention and Visitors Authority (the “Prize Draw Entities”) and their immediate family members and those living in their household, whether or not related, are not eligible.  Immediate family members include spouse, parent (including stepparents), children, siblings, half siblings, and all their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside.

5.         HOW TO ENTER. During the Entry Period, navigate to Norse Atlantic Airways (flynorse.com/en-GB/promo/competition) and enter by providing your full, complete and accurate email address and by ticking the “You are 21 years old or above and are a UK resident” tick box (“Entry”). Upon successful entry, you will be given confirmation on-screen. You (“Entrant”) are responsible for ensuring that your email address is correct and Promoter has no responsibility if Prize Draw communications are not received.

6.         ENTRY LIMIT. Limit of one (1) Entry per person.

7.         AGREEMENT TO RULES AND INDEMNITY: By participating in the Prize Draw, each Entrant agrees to comply with and abide by these Prize Draw Official Terms and Conditions (“Official Rules”) and the decisions of the Promoter, and represents and warrants that Entrant meets the eligibility requirements. In addition, Entrant agrees to accept the Promoter’s decisions as final and binding as it relates to the conduct of the Prize Draw.

8.         SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF WINNERS.

(1) After the end of the Entry Period, on or about September 9, 2024, one (1) Entry will be selected at random by random number generator from among the pool of all valid and eligible Entries received during the Entry Period (“Selected Entrant”).  Promoter will notify the Selected Entrant at the email address used to enter the Prize Draw. The Selected Entrant must respond (as directed) and fulfill any additional requirements contained in the winner notification message (“Winner Notification”), including signing and returning an affidavit of eligibility, and liability and publicity release, if any, within 72 hours of the first attempted notification (“Notification Period”). Upon satisfaction of these requirements, the Selected Entrant will be declared the official winner (“Winner”). In the event that Promoter is unable to contact the Selected Entrant during the Notification Period after making all reasonable efforts, or the Selected Entrant does not comply with all requirements in the Winner Notification within the Notification Period, Promoter will disqualify the Selected Entrant and randomly select an alternate Selected Entrant from among all remaining eligible Entries in the pool from which the disqualified Selected Entrant was selected. The alternate Selected Entrant must comply with all the requirements of this paragraph and the Winner Notification, in the same Notification Period (beginning from the first attempted notification to the alternate Selected Entrant), as if they had been selected as the original Selected Entrant or be disqualified in the manner set forth in this paragraph.

(2) The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will publish the surname and county of the Winner on the Promoter’s website by 30 September. If you object to your surname and/or county being published or made available, please notify the Promoter following receipt of the Winner Notification. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.

9.         THE PRIZE. One (1) prize will be awarded (the “Prize”). The Prize consists of:

(1) Return flights for the Winner and one (1) guest from London Gatwick airport to Harry Reid International Airport, Las Vegas, Nevada, USA, travelling in Norse Premium, with two complimentary fast-track security passes (the “Flights”), subject to the following conditions:

(a) The Winner and guest must each hold a passport valid for travel between the two countries and are responsible for securing all travel documents necessary to satisfy immigration and customs requirements of each country. 

(b) The Flights must be taken between September 12, 2024 and March 27, 2025. Blackout dates apply between November 20-25, 2024, and December 22, 2024 to January 10, 2025 in both directions. During these dates, travel on Prize tickets will not be permitted. Norse Atlantic’s flight schedule between London-Gatwick and Las Vegas is currently three departures per week on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays however remains subject to change and amendment at any time.

(2) Three night stay (Sunday-Thursday nights only) for two in a standard room at a Caesars Entertainment Las Vegas Hotel (Horseshoe Las Vegas, Ceasars Palace, The Cromwell, Flamingo Las Vegas, Harrah’s Las Vegas, The LINQ Hotel + Experience, Paris Las Vegas, or Planet Hollywood) (the “Accommodation”), provided by Caesars Entertainment Corporation (“Caesars”).  

(a) The Accommodation is subject to blackout, holiday and special event dates and is subject to availability on the Winner’s chosen travel dates.

(b) Airport transfers to and from the Accommodation, resort fees, taxes, food, incidentals and any other expenses not specifically listed in the Official Rules are not included.

(c) The Winner must arrange the reservations for the Accommodation independently with Caesars. Instructions for arranging reservations with Caesars will be included in the Winner Notification.

(3) Strip Highlights Night Flight 10-15 minute helicopter flight for two (“Helicopter Flight”) from Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters, departing from Papillon Helicopters’ Las Vegas Terminal. 

(a) Helicopter Flight is subject to availability, weather and cancellation per Papillon’s posted policy.

(b) Transfers between the Accommodation and Papillon Helicopters’ Las Vegas Terminal and any other fees or expenses not specifically listed in the Official Rules are not included.

(c) Each passenger must present valid government identification and weight to Papillon Helicopters upon arrival at Papillon Helicopters’ Las Vegas Terminal.

(d) The Helicopter Flight is subject to Papillon Helicopters’ terms and conditions (including in relation to passenger safety). Such terms and conditions will be provided to the Winner following the Winner Notification.

The approximate retail value of the Prize is £3,120. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted except at the Promoter’s discretion. The Prize is non-transferable. Substitution of the Prize or transfer/assignment of the Prize to others or request for the cash equivalent of the Prize by the Winner is not permitted. Any and all Prize-related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, municipal, and/or local taxes applicable to the Winner and/or the guest shall be the sole responsibility of the Winner.

11.       DATA PROTECTION AND PUBLICITY. Promoter may use the Prize Draw for publicity purposes in any media without identifying the Winner or any Entrant. All Personal information collected by Promoter is governed by the terms of the Promoter’s Privacy Policy. Subject to the Winner providing their consent following receipt of the Winner Notification, the Prize Draw Entities and their respective licensees, successors, and assigns may, where permitted by law, print, publish, broadcast, distribute, and use in any media now known or hereafter developed the Winner’s name, portrait, picture, video, voice, likeness, image, statements about the Prize Draw, and biographical information for all legal purposes including announcements on Promoter’s and Prize Draw Entities’ social media and web pages.

12.       DISQUALIFICATION AND GENERAL PROVISIONS: The Promoter reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Prize Draw should any virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Promoter’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Prize Draw, or due to the requirements of any platform(s) through which the Prize Draw operates or Entries are received. In such case, the Promoter may select the Winner from eligible, non-suspect Entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Promoter, if appropriate. Promoter reserves the right in its sole discretion to void Entries and/or permanently disqualify from this Prize Draw any person it believes has violated these Official Rules, is not eligible to participate, who has provided false information, has or intends to act in a harassing or unsportsmanlike manner with respect to Promoter, any Prize Draw Entity, or any Entrant, or tampered with the operation of the Prize Draw, including by hacking, attempting to participate via multiple accounts, using any bot or other automatic means to affect participation in or operation of the Prize Draw, or to otherwise undermine the legitimate operation of the Prize Draw.  Promoter’s decisions as to all issues, including eligibility/disqualification, shall be final. If any provision of these Official Rules is deemed to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such provision will be deemed to be modified or restricted to the extent and in the manner necessary to render the same valid and enforceable and these Official Rules will be construed and enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law as if such provision had been originally incorporated herein as so modified or restricted, or as if such provision had not been originally incorporated herein, as the case may be.

13.       LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: The Prize Draw is subject to these Official Rules. Insofar as is permitted by law, Promoter and Prize Draw Entities and any of their attorneys, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors (the “Released Parties”) will not in any circumstance be responsible or liable to compensate the Winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the Prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. Your statutory rights are not affected. All decisions of Promoter are final and binding; and Entrants agree to waive any right to claim ambiguity in the Prize Draw or these Official Rules, except where prohibited by law.

14.       GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION. These Official Rules are governed by English law. If any Entrants wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of England and Wales.
