Excel PCN sent to wrong address, not able to appeal

I have emailed him now, covering from when I first went into Iceland and got dismissed to all the emails I've gotten where they lied to me about ownership. Thank you, will let you know what I get back cause dcbl are continuing to call me daily and send me letters.

Thank you so much to this forum and all of your advice! I got the PCN cancelled through Iceland!!! 

TLDR of what happened;
I went to their store, they said I "should have seen the signs"
I emailed them SEVERAL times and they kept saying they do NOT own the car park, nor do they operate it.
I found proof that they DO own the car park, but Excel operates the parking as their agents of course.
I then emailed the CEO who's Executive Assistant got me in touch with the Property Department who then got this sorted for me and I just got an email from the resolutions team less than a month later saying the PCN was successfully cancelled. 

I could not have done it without you all and this forum!!
