'WON" but no prize received and nil communications responded to

Hi. I recently had an email to say I had won £125 in Homebase Vouchers on the Good Housekeeping Competitions site, and to contact Homebase sponsors Adurocommunications if I hadn't received the prize. Having not received the vouchers I emailed Aduro and after nil response tried repeatedly to ring them on their office number but it only ever rings out. I also sent them a letter. I have had no response from Aduro, Homebase are not interested despite instructing Aduro and there is no way to contact Good Housekeeping site. 
Has anyone else had dealings with Adurocommunications? 
I think posting the link to the competition shows me and the other winner and am not sure that is allowed but doing a search on 'Good Housekeeping Homebase £125 competition' shows the competition details.

Very disappointed with this as it feels like a scam, yet clearly was a real competition.

How recently did you get the email? It's possibly a simple case of 'the bloke who deals with competitions is on summer holiday'.

KJ1986 - Thank you for that. Nice one. . I have just emailed them on that form.

Misslayed - I got the email on 17th July which said to allow 30days from end of competition which was on 28th June. I could understand the holiday thing at this time of year but I assume Adurocommunications would have been informed when I was and that's a long time now. I had nil response to three different Aduro email addresses and the phone just rings out.
