I'm also in process of renewing a kitchen; its pretty small so my thoughts on heating the space was to have a small towell radiator fitted on the wall next to the door, then my kitchen towel. dog towell and tea towels will be toasty and dry. (all this been space permitting!)
So i'll be interested in the alternatives mentioned here! :j0 -
Have you tried removing the front of the heater, and vacuuming the fluff and dust that accumulates around the fan. I had to do this a couple of times a year, I can't say the thing was silent, but it was never so noisy it was a problem.0
