First UC statement not arrived on due date

My son's first UC statement was due today but nothing has shown in payments . Is this normal? (I am his appointee).

  • No, it's not. In his Journal what date is shown for "New claim details were submitted"?

Sometimes my daughters statement isn't available until the day after they say it should be. What date exactly was his claim submitted? Is there anything outstanding on his to do list?
  • Date new claim details submitted was 12 July

Is there anything outstanding In the to do list? If so then this can delay the statement.

He is meeting a job coach next week. They have a specialist who deals with anyone with SEN. I can't understand why that would delay his payment though

Has he had his initial commitments meeting and accepted them?
