Dexters Estate Agents

Does anyone happen to have a copy of Dexters standard sales T&Cs, I need to check a clause.

Thanks in Advance

Comments

  • Have you asked Dexters?
they are most likely to have it
  • I don't want them calling me constantly, probably going to go with them to sell, but when I am ready. I wanted to compare T&Cs before I take the plunge.
    Thanks

I entered the following into a popular search engine:
    "dexters estate agents terms"
The first result seems quite like it may be what the OP seeks:
    https://www.dexters.co.uk/terms-and-conditions

Except that was too easy so I must be missing something in the question.
  • Sorry I wasn't clear, it's the selling T&Cs I am after, in particular the sole/multi agency fee part, and the part that states the amount of time between swapping agencies etc, just want to check against the agency I am currently with. I don't want to contact Dexters until my contract is up, so wanted to have all the info ready to go when I can.
One step ahead and all that. Thanks

What did you do with the copy of the terms you agreed?

Confused how you've agreed to something you don't appear to have....

In your shoes I'd simply ask them for the terms you agreed and their evidence you agreed them .
  • I'm thinking of changing to Dexters, so don't have a copy of theirs. I have contacted them. thanks
  • Good grief! If you're thinking of switching to them, ask them for their contract. If for any reason they are secretive about this, alarms bell ring and you find a more communicative EA.
