YBS - return of direct debit setup

Following the new / improved website sept 23, the ability to setup direct debits was lost online, you had to phone…. It has now it seems been restored. Always useful for meeting direct debit requirements on switching offers.

I think you will find it's been back a few months now, and yes very useful. account - if you didn't have it, you wont get it 1 -
And for the record, you can have direct debits on multiple accounts. (or put another way, you can have a YBS account being fed by direct debit from more than one account). I've just (as in July 2024) setup a second DD to debit an account for switching purposes.soulsaver said:

YBS even apologised by email for having removed the DD functionality from their online banking.
