Thanks for the replies and sorry for the long silence.
Enterprise have said that this is they they handle all parking charges, so there are probably a large number of victims, and they're not budging on this.
If I take this to court, would it be to the small claims court to recover what they've taken?
I don't think this practice should be allowed to happen, and there are potentially a large number of victims of this practice, so how could I make a larger case to stop the practice and gain compensation for other victims?

They are 100% in the wrong and it would be like taking sweets from a baby they were stupid enough to let this go all the way to court.
