PCN - Total Parking Solutions

Hi all,
I received a PCN from totalparkingsolutions when I was loading at a university, helping a friend pack their things over the summer. All the 20-minute loading bays were full and couldn't find anywhere to park (probably others also helping student move out). I parked up with wheels on a very wide pavement (so there was still loads of access) and got a windscreen PCN. I've waited for the 25th day as suggested by Newbies thread (which is today).
I went to submit my online appeal using the one-size-fits all, but upon putting my PCN details onto the form, I keep getting an error that "PCN is not found". I've double, triple and quadruple-checked the details and they're definitely correct.
Wondering what I should do? Should I lay low as I might not even be in the system? Or do I reach out to them on email?
Hoping that nobody looks too hard!

Await the NTK next month, as long as this isn't a leased or company car. And as long as your logbook has the right address on it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
CLICK at the top or bottom of any page where it says:
Home»Motoring»Parking Tickets Fines & Parking - read the NEWBIES THREAD2 -
Sure, I'll keep an eye out for one. Yep it's my personal car and address is correct
