Good Day
I have roof foam insulation which has been confirmed as miss sold/ miss fitted and I will have to get it removed.
The purchase was from Cisco Home - now bankrupt with a loan from their loan company IIkano bank - since paid off.
I under stand I may have a claim from the bank so do I need to go through their complaints procedure first or can I apply for a section 75 straight away. I also need to know what Ikano will need as proof of miss selling/fitting as I need to arrange removal and this may need to be before any claim purchase ends as I am wanting to sell my house

You need to get in touch with Ilkano bank first. They'll confirm the precise nature of the "loan" and whether Section 75 is applicable. If it is, then they'll presumably tell you what they require as evidence of mis-selling and mis-fitting of the product. It sounds like you've had someone look at it? Who was that, and what sort of report did they write?0
