Co--op movie night meal deal

I have had 3 claims rejected, so how many others have had the same?
The first one I can see was likely because there was a faint print line on the receipt.
However the subsequent 2 were scanned as jpgs just fine.
The rejection email just lists 4 categories>
1. That you are not a Co-Op member (oh yes I am).
2. That you did not buy the offer (oh yes I did)
3. That you did not register your claim within 7 days (oh yes I did).
4. There was a problem reading your receipt (okay, I buy that for the first but not the subsequent 2.
FYI - though you don't find out until you are at the claim page - it is 1 claim per person per receipt -so don't buy two offers on the one receipt.
FYI - Double check that the deal, the last 4 numbers of your co-op membership are clear on the receipt, that the items you bought can be clearly read on the receipt, that the lineSuper Saver Member Offer £1.00 is clear on the receipt and that he date/time of the transaction are clearly readable too.
However, as I said, even if you DO that, be ready for the rejection.
Also, if you scan to jpg at greater than 300 dpi, the site says "an error" occurred.

I should also mention having to wait 5 days for the first rejection, which arrived late yesterday. That meant that I had to go to the CO-OP store first thing this morning in order to have the manager print me an A4-sized duplicate receipt with it all clearly printed. I had to submit it today to get within the 7 day limit. Still, I am now waiting for some excuse from them to reject it despite the clear printing on the latest receipt.

I have sent through a code and got a reply saying it qould be 3 days. Its been 10 and nothing from them. I then e-mailed Co-op on thr e-mail address from their website if you have any lroblems. Again, no reply from them. Is it possible to apply for a charge back from your credit card company if you paid with Visa/Mastercard etc for failure to recieve goods all goods as described?0

Also hasn't worked for me. I'm a co-op member, I read the terms and conditions of the deal and got the appropriate items for it, submitted my receipt about 1 hour later. I submitted it on 23rd of August and still waiting. It's been 6 days.0

It ended up working in the end, but I got the email with the Amazon code in 11 days rather than 2.1
