Anyone know about this Atos Pro trading app? is it a scam ?

theres a web version of this app  > atosuny .com

first invested around 60 usd and after it grew to 80 usd, i withdrew all the the money successfully, then i invested a few thousand usd over few months and after it grew and reached 10k usd, i tried to withdraw, the app asking for a 20% whithdrawal fee because they said i tried to withdraw a large sum of money, i paid the withdrawal fee and the withdrawal is being processed by them, but its already more than a month since the withdrawal date and the money hasnt arrive yet to my account amd the CS on the app said theres a long queue for the withdrawal , but it doesnt make any senses

does it safe to say that i just got scammed ?

heres some screenshoot of the app and it even listed officially on applestore :

thanks

I can't find much about the company. Is that to withdraw in bitcoin?

All I see is this. Not sure if it helps.

Yeah I tried to withdraw all the funds into my crypto wallet, but the withdraw request has been processed since early of July but still no progress, the customer service of the app said it's due to the long queue of withdraw requests from other users but it doesn't make any sense

The phrase in bold is a red flag for a scam.

Almost certainly you will never see your money again. Do not send them anymore, and do not respond to any third party saying they can get your money back.

Where did you find them - Fakebook ad?

Makes sense to me.  You invest a little bit.  They give you back a bit more.  You invest a lot of money. They keep it.
Sounds like a very profitable way to run a business.
And who actually are they?  Their web site claims their headquarters are in Tokyo.  But there's no company information I can find.  The "About Us" menu item doesn't even work.
    If it sticks, force it.
If it breaks, well it wasn't working right anyway.

Look at the App Store description. Really bad English.

Plus they are using the name of another company (which is regulated)

This is obviously not a wise or safe investment.

This was my first thought, like a Ponzi scheme, but eventually I think it's more like a fake ai trading apps baiting new users with easy return on the first few withdrawal and took all the money after the users put a larger sum of money to their account

Yeah a review post from Facebook ads, they even asked me to pay a faster withdrawal service of O want to get the money faster, this is the wake up call for me and post here

I admit I was blinded so bad because of the  first small withdrawal, it shoved away all the logics I used to have, plus the one who posted a review about this app on Facebook ads was a female (well at least that's what stated on the profile), I talked to her a lot about the app and she seemed very intelligent , cheerful, fun, and know a lot of things, and she successfully convinced me to try the app (I'm pretty sure if the profile was a guy, I wouldn't get baited so easily like this)
