I use and can recommend Veeam Free Agent.0

all my data on the other hand is on a separate logical drive - the d drive
I use Macrium reflect to take a system image of my c drive ie the system and settings and applications
I use alway sync to synchronise my data on my d drive to external hard drives
If that solution work for you then fair enough but it seems to me to be an outdated one. I can't remember the last time I needed to reimage a system.
Cloud services also give you the ability to access your documents from anywhere rather than them being locked away on a hard drive at home.1 -
agreed about cloud services but I don't have broadband.
aslo agreed about never having to restore an image or a backup and I hope that I never do ! but that is the whole point of images and data backups0 -
You can often get free licenses for older versions of Ashampoo Backup Pro. There tends to be very little difference in features in the newer versions anyway.0
