Credas?

Have been asked to verify id using Credas.  The only form of id I have is a provisional driving license, does anyone know if this is acceptable before I jump through all the photo hoops. It also mentions a fee and don't want to risk being rejected.

Some companies will accept a current photo provisional license, others won't.  Presumably you have received the terms of engagement and documentation specifying what ID you need to provide.  What does it say?

States full driving license or passport. There appears to be no way of contacting them to ask.
  • Find an alternative conveyancer. One it's easy to do business with (and who is easier to contact!)

OP, in your situation, I would get a passport. It's generally a useful thing to have around. It will cost a bit if you want it ASAP. Have you ever had one before?

I know you will be aware of this solution. I'm just putting forward one vote towards solving the problem this way.

Sounds like a provisional license won't be accepted then.  Can you take your ID in to the office in person, rather than do the Credas online ID.
