RCP -DO I have to pay?

I pre-booked my space at Manchester and received an email confirmation. In the confirmation there is a link to the directions which takes you onto Google maps to use as sat nav, which I did. I arrived and left within the allotted times that I'd paid for. Now I've received a 1st letter - parking charge notice. I know there are lots of threads on here that have stated that we do not have to pay but I'm the sort of person where luck is never on my side, so I'll worry about not paying it but really don't think I shoukd have to either!
Any help or advice?

A read of the Newbies/FAQ thread for starters. Also, a little bit more information would be useful, such as "space at Manchester..." is where? Airport, Arena, shopping mall? So as they are BPA AOS members, does the NTK PCN letter comply with POFA or not. ?
Is there a good reason to appeal it. ? What is the alleged breach of the parking contract. ?
If you have read the newbies sticky thread, what does the advice in the first post in the newbies sticky thread tell you to do. ?1 -
No you don't pay rcp

Ignore them if POPLA rejects the appeal.
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
