Two dresses @ £10  each and as mentioned above the returns label provided was Tracked 48.
I will get back to Citizens Advice and ask them to refer this company to Trading Standards.
The advice to accept that I’ve paid for one direction even if it’s the wrong one is good advice and on this occasion to save myself a lot of energy and angst I will leave it at that.
However there are too many online companies I’ve come across that are ignoring consumer laws and that’s a worry.
