The Parking Control Management (UK) from IPC but using BPA code of Practice sending me ticket

I got a parking charge notice from the parking control management (UK) ltd.
claiming me '' parked in the restricted area"'
The Parking control management (UK) ltd reject my appeal,
they said they are not the member of British Parking Association (BPA)
They are member of  international parking community (IPC).

But they are quote BPA code of practice definition of "Parked in the restricted area"
Quoting the The Private parking Sector Single code of practice to define "parked" and "a vehicle being stationery other than in course of driving", which is  from BPA code of Practice.
I can't find any of "Restricted Area " this in the in the IPC code of practice.

how to deal with this situation ?
The Parking Control Management(UK) ltd. seems to be not listening at all.

And They are using still images claim that the vehicle is stationery in a second.
The camera angle is different, this is picked up from a moving camera.
2 images are from different angles, how to prove the car in the images is stationery ?
This is not a scientific evidence, as the images are not from a same camera angles.

But it is in the new 'joint Code'. Not that it matters as the MHCLG need to stamp on it.  BPA & IPC joke CoP.

The matter would be resolved in court, within the next 6 years, if it gets that far

It certainly won't be resolved at any appeal stages, especially now that they are using a joint CoP, instead of the older V9 CoP

At the moment its at impasse stage, neither side budging

No paying PCM, given their calibre as ex-clampers who were outed on Watchdog as a Rogue Trader (show the landowner this too):
    http://parking-prankster.blogspot.com/2015/05/is-it-pcm-uk-who-make-up-stuff-all-time.html

That is the calibre of firm the landowner is inflicting on drivers. IGNORE THEM.

    Do NOT try the IAS.

Open all the letters. Tell them if you move house. Laugh at the £170 threatograms.

Come back if you get a court claim. That's it.

NEWBIES Announcement thread Post 2 Small Claim outlines how to respond to that letter.
It also gives guidance on dealing with the expected CC Claim. When the Claim Form is received post image here of the 'Particulars of Claim' (cover car reg) and give the issue date, it helps others to advise.

    AMAZING LOAD OF ??? LETTER

They say that the amount of £170 is AN ouistanding invoice ..... WRONG AND MISLEADING BECAUSE THE TICKET/INVOICE IS £100. Moorside are adding a fake £70

By saying if a CCJ is ordored against you it will effect your credit rating .... NASTY SCARE TACTICS ...... it's not even been to court yet and if it does Moorside will probably lose because the courts are sick of the money scam AND MISLEADING CLAIMS
