    I also lived in my overdraft in the past until I went bankrupt.
    This is an important bit of information.   Bankruptcy is a line in the sand for both you and creditors.   If you attempt to get money back for a pre-bankruptcy area (PPI, bank charges etc) you will not get the money.  The creditors you left unpaid when you went bankrupt will get it.
